Nostalgia and Knowledge

Loved it (except for the small print) so much I bought two more books by this team. It covers Designers A-Z, and features a Timeline) I use the book for reference. Its s a great for memory jogging--oh yeah I remember that chair! Such a reasonable price the book is worth buying just for the nostalgia. So many more out there with less information and a lot more money.

A Design Encyclopedia. Well researched. Simply stated. Contextually important. Regardless of your design credentials or experience, if you have interest in design and decoration, this book belongs on your shelf. Most Highly Recommended!

Great, concise information on Design in the 20th Century

This is a great price for a very informative book. The book itself is small, but thick. It's got great pictures and it's not boring like many other art books.
